“I help migrants break free from shame through self-acceptance to finally feel enough”

Above all else, I’m known for helping migrant professionals unlock peak performance, not with quick tricks or empty motivation, but with clear strategies, strong discipline, and a balanced mindset.
My journey to becoming a coach started long before I ever called myself one. It grew from years of teaching martial arts, building resilience in others, and overcoming my own struggles with pressure, disconnection, and the feeling of losing myself.
Today, I use everything I’ve lived and learned to help others succeed in a new country without sacrificing health, family, or happiness. Because real success is not only about achieving more it’s about living fully.

From world champion in kickboxing to founder of a successful karate club, my background isn’t built in boardrooms, it’s built-in discipline, resilience, and rising after setbacks.
I’ve seen what happens when people ignore their own needs for too long. I’ve lived the pressure, the breakdowns, and the quiet moments of "Is this all there is?" That’s why I created You 2.0 to help parents, especially those who feel forgotten in their own lives, step back into their power and identity.
I don’t just talk about transformation, I live it. And now, I teach it.

I know what it feels like to leave behind everything familiar and start again in a new country. The language, the culture, even the small things can make you feel like an outsider.
For years, I had to fight to prove myself, to show I was good enough. That journey built resilience, discipline, and hunger for more. Today, I use that experience to help other migrants succeed without losing themselves.
Because success in a new country is not about working harder. It’s about finding balance, focus, and smart ways to grow.

Being a parent is the most important role I’ll ever have, and also the one that taught me the most about who I am.
It showed me how easy it is to lose yourself while trying to give your children the world. But it also reminded me why it’s vital to come back to yourself because kids don’t just need our presence… they need our wholeness.
That’s why I coach. To help other parents live with clarity, strength, and peace so their children grow up watching what self-respect, purpose, and balance really look like.

This is for migrants who look successful on the outside but carry shame inside. You work hard to prove your worth in a new country and hold everything together, yet it still doesn’t feel enough. Rest feels wrong, your mind is loud, and you hide parts of yourself to fit in. You’re tired and disconnected, and the energy that once drove you has faded. Deep down, you’re ready for a kinder way forward with self-acceptance, clear boundaries and calm for your career, your health, your family and your life.

I moved to London at 13. New language. New rules. I worked hard, smiled, and kept proving myself. Inside I felt small. Shame told me I wasn’t enough. In 2023 I did the inner work. Therapy. Honest reflection. Simple daily practice. I learnt self-acceptance and clean boundaries. Life got lighter.
Karate gave me structure when life felt messy. I’m a black belt, world champion, and long-time head instructor. The dojo taught me focus, discipline, and calm under pressure. I use those same skills in coaching, without fluff.
With me you get simple language, clear steps, and tools that work in real life. We build self-acceptance, set firm boundaries, and protect your energy. You stop proving and start feeling enough, at work, at home, and inside yourself.
You moved abroad to build a better life, but somehow, you started losing yourself.
